HI Cara! I was wondering if you have ever tried Daiya products? They have vegan cheese shreds/cream cheese/slices etc. that are soy/nut/dairy/gluten-free! I really enjoy using them in my recipes.

This chart is excellent! I’ve recently found out I’m allergic to all cows dairy, egg white and I’m gluten Eeee! So far I have been baking with recipes that contain no egg to make it easier but this will be a big help for when I come across recipes I want to make that use eggs. Thankyou!

Just discovered your website a few days ago. I am now a subscriber.
Haven’t found a yogurt that I love as yet.

I tend to favour chia seeds – the method is exactly the same as flaxseeds and works a treat!

Going to try more applesauce to replace my egg. I just do not have luck with the flaxmeal. Plus I am still working out the Gluten Free flours. Thanks for this very easy to follow sheet.
