Today we’re making the healthiest educational “cookies” in town! All you need are apple slices, a good slather of peanut butter, and fresh fruit and before you know it, you’ll be making Noodle Apple Cookies from Noodle & Pals on Super Simple.

These character-themed snacks are modeled after the amazing Noodle from Super Simple, an online educational channel full of songs for kids. It’s a fun, interactive way to get them involved in their learning (and if they are anything like my kid, these snacks will have them dancing too).
