First off, can we talk about these popsicle molds and how awesome they are? I found them at Home Goods several months ago and I have been waiting for their grand debut to use them! I love these Smoothie Pops so much because you can either use the recipe I am posting OR simply place any leftovers from your last favorite smoothie in a mold, freeze, and serve for a frosty treat. I’m all about not wasting food and since most kids don’t always seem to finish their smoothies, this is a great way to make the smoothie you slaved away at the blender last as long as possible. Plus they might not even know that they are eating their smoothie in pop form. Now that’s a win-win, isn’t it Mom and Dad?
