And for the GRAND FINALE before Christmas arrives, this EPIC Dessert Charcuterie Platter is a mic-dropper. Everyone has been posting their party platters for the upcoming holiday and it really inspired me to put my own Fork & Beans’ spin on it. I decided to make my own dessert version and just knock it out of the park with some of the most delicious and festive gluten, egg, and dairy free treats!
Your holiday party guests are going to look at this platter and think nothing at first but at a second glance, they’ll see that what they think it actual salami is made from chocolate and those cheeseballs are actually sweet and full of chocolate chip goodness. The following items are what I used to decorate this EPIC Dessert Charcuterie Platter:
- White Chocolate Bark with Cranberries and Pistachios
- variety of fruit (strawberries, grapes, pomegranate seeds, and cranberries)
- gluten free pretzels
- Chocolate Salami
I used my Chocolate Salami recipe, using dairy free chocolate and gluten free cookies from Enjoy Life Foods, making it free of gluten, eggs, and dairy. I also added pistachios for a nice green color to every slice.
- Gingerbread Bear Cookies
- pistachios
- store bought gluten free graham crackers
- Dessert Cheeseball
I used this Chocolate Chip Cheeseball recipe and yup, you guessed it, I replaced the cream cheese with a dairy free version, dairy free butter, and to be more redundant, dairy free mini chocolate chips.
Impress your guests with the most EPIC Dessert Charcuterie Platter they have ever seen! This is a show-stopper that also happens to be allergen-friendly.

I tried this recipe for my cocktail party, last week. It was great!

DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is AMAZEBALLS and I am going to do it!!! We are having “Italian Christmas” in our family this year and I am already planning to make a panforte and some Italian xmas cookies, but I am going to combine them with fruits and nuts and make it all into a huge glorious platter like this and this is amazing!
