I love the idea of using a mason jar and empty fruit cup as a portable “Lunchable” container. This was not my original idea, in fact, I’ve been seeing these EVERYWHERE these days and thought I’d get in on the action. Simply fill the wide mason jar with my favorite smashed chickpea salad and top off with an empty (cleaned out) cup full of gluten free crackers. Perfect for dipping and scooping!
