Ho ho ho!
It didn’t take long for the jingle bells to resound and for the halls to be decked. Now that Thanksgiving is over we are onto bigger and better things: Christmas! You better hold onto your stockings because things are about to get cheery and merry over here. What better way to kick off the season than with Santa Fruit Pops, am I right or am I right?
Full of good-for-you fruit, a touch of nondairy white chocolate and some homemade googly eyes (do you remember these guys from Halloween? They are back and ready for Caroling), these fruit pops will have you spreading Christmas cheer in no time.

A few tips to create a successful fruit pop
Make sure that your fruit is at room temperature. If your strawberries have been stored in the fridge and you go to dip them into the melted white chocolate, it will immediately solidify the chocolate back up.
Have a couple of toothpicks on hand to dab the melted white chocolate onto the hat. This will be handy for “gluing” the googly eyes and white chocolate chip hat topper. It will also save you frustration from trying to dip the strawberry into the white chocolate, place it on the banana, insert the lollipop stick into it only to find that it solidified quicker than expected and didn’t create the glue you were hoping for.
Once you have “glued” the strawberry hat to the banana slice, immediately place the lollipop stick in carefully. You might find that they separate doing so but that is okay. You are going to ensure that it sticks together when you take the toothpick and dab white chocolate along the line of the strawberry and banana. Lay the fruit pop down in order for it to fully set.

OH MY! They’re like little Santa Minions, I love it!!! Can’t wait to try these out, might even roll the chocolate in coconut before it sets to make it even fluffier! 😀
Cara

Nora (A Clean Bake)
All of your recipes are so creative and fun but these are just the best! I wish my friends had older kids who would appreciate making these as a little project. Well, maybe in a few years when they’re old enough to help 🙂
Cara
Thank you from the bottom of my fruit pop, Nora! Forget the kids, make them alone while playing Christmas music. What? Is that just me? 😉 hehe
