For Green Smoothies:
- 8 oz. nondairy almond milk (or use your favorite milk of choice)
- 2 c. fresh spinach (or kale)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or 1-2 pitted dates (optional)
- 1 cup ice
For Purple Smoothies:
- 8 oz. nondairy almond milk (or use your favorite milk of choice)
- 1 c. frozen blueberries
- 1/2 c. fresh spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or 1-2 pitted dates (optional)
- 1 c. ice
For Orange Smoothies:
- 8 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 c. frozen peaches
- 1/2 banana
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or 1-2 pitted dates (optional)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into the smoothie per color. Blend until smooth.
- Place into beaker.
- Top with a gummy worm (optional).
Notes
Add homemade protein powder for an optional boost.
