- 1 gluten free bagel (or use this homemade recipe)
- nondairy cream cheese (or use this homemade cashew cream cheese recipe, omit the garlic, herbs, & salt, and add maple syrup or honey to sweeten)
- 1 strawberry, sliced
- mandarin orange slices
- 1/2 kiwi, sliced
- handful blueberries
Instructions
- Toast your bagel (I used Schar’s gluten and egg free bagels from the store).
- Spread the nondairy cream cheese over the bagel.
- Assemble the fruit in the fashion of a rainbow.
- Drizzle with honey or honey substitute (optional).
