Ingredients
- Slices of gluten free bread of choice (for candida friendly, you can use this yeast free recipe)
- Hummus
- Veggies sliced thin (think: cucumbers, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, mini bell peppers, red onion, radishes, etc).
- Peppercorns for the eyes
- egg-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- Make egg shapes our of the gluten free bread.
- Slather with hummus.
- Decorate those egg toasts with sliced veggies, however you want.
- It’s THAT easy!
