These Raw Pear Crumble Stacks are full of fresh and good-for-you ingredients, making it the prefect free from sugar late night treat. Adapted from my No Bake Apple Cobbler.
Ingredients

- 2 Pears, sliced horizontally
For the Crumble:
- 1/2 c. raw almonds
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 4 Medjool dates, roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until the nuts are roughly chopped and the “crumble” sticks together.
- Place the crumble in between each pear slice.
- Share a stack with a loved one or eat it for yourself!
