Description

Forget buying nondairy milks at the store, making a homemade version is so simple and easy! This (nut free) hemp seed milk takes 5 minutes or less to make.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 c. hemp seed hearts
  • 4 c. filtered water

Instructions

  1. Place both ingredients in your high-speed blender and mix until completely smooth. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour into a Pyrex, making sure to catch the hemp seed particles within the strainer.
  2. Refrigerate in a closed container.

Notes

Keeps fresh in your fridge for up to 1 week.
Shake every time you are about to use.
