There’s an amazing party going on over at Keepin’ It Kind where the cookies are abounding. Our gracious (and oh-so-gorgeous) hostess with the mostess, Kristy, has been parading cookies galore all over her place, enticing us to bake while we still have the energy within. Today I was invited to come on over and I thought I would bake her something extra special and decided to create these homemade Fortune Cookies. I kinda feel like The Barefoot Contessa right now–you know, how she is always baking up something fun for a friend and then hand-delivering it. No?
These homemade fortune cookies aren’t for the faint of heart, I’m just putting that out there right now. The first (and second) round had me in such an angry frenzy, even my cat was afraid to be around me. Okay, I actually don’t have a cat but if I did, well…you get the point.
