Dry Ingredients:
- 1 c. Cara’s All-Purpose Flour Blend
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. dairy free milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Add-ins:
- 1/2 c. nondairy chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line a 8″ x 8″ brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour all of the wet ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Place into brownie pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and firm a toothpick/knife comes out clean.
- Allow to sit in the pan and fully cool.
