  1. Carefully slice the pretzels in half. You will need 8 legs total for each spider.
  2. Insert pretzels into the body of the Medjool date.
  3. Gently dip the spider into the melted chocolate and allow the excess to drip off. Take a toothpick and gently separate chocolate from legs to ensure 8 perky legs appear.
  4. Set on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.
  5. Place an eyeball in the middle of the head and press down until it sets and freeze the spiders until set.
