What better way to celebrate the season then to create this ultra easy-to-make dip for your next holiday party? Let’s be real, with all the cookies, cakes, and chocolate you are going to endure this season (read: already are enduring…and no judgment), you at least need a few dishes that are not only festive but still good for you. Heck, whip it up for lunch, eat the dang Santa Hummus Dip in private, and laughter like a a ridiculous child as you pop each cauliflower whisker hair into your mouth. Just like I did today.

This recipe is very flexible and easy to accommodate according to how many people you are feeding. You can double this recipe if needed, simply tailor to what you need.
Ingredients
- 1 container hummus (or use homemade)
- 2 c. cauliflower florets
- red tortilla chips
- 2 cucumber slices
- 2 black olive slices
- 1 mini red bell pepper, bottom sliced
Instructions
- Place the hummus on the plate first.
- Layer with the cauliflower beard.
- Layer with beet chips Santa hat.
- Create the face from the sliced olive and bell pepper.
